Sipp Societyy is a premium mobile bar service, founded by myself, Elley Donelan — a 20-year-old driven by a genuine passion for cocktails, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
The idea came to life at a friend’s birthday celebration. Watching a mobile bar in action, I instantly saw the opportunity to bring something fresh, stylish, and elevated to the Albury/Wodonga region. From that moment, my vision was clear — to create a mobile bar experience that feels both luxurious and memorable, tailored to every event it becomes a part of.
My journey in hospitality began at Edwards Tavern Wodonga, where I’ve spent the past four years building a strong foundation in the industry. Over the last two years, I’ve stepped into a management role, refining my skills in cocktail creation, fast-paced bar service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on experience has shaped my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to create an atmosphere that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Business has always been a part of my life. Growing up surrounded by successful family-run businesses, I’ve been inspired by their work ethic, creativity, and commitment to their community. With their ongoing support, I knew it was time to channel my passion into something of my own — something that reflects who I am and what I love.
